quick trick

"Sometimes I find myself worrying about things unnecessarily, like I can’t stop thinking about some dumb work thing. Does that happen to you? So then I’ll stop for a sec, close my eyes, imagine myself holding a balloon and I let it go. I take a moment to watch it glide up, up in the sky. And then I move on to something else. Anyway, thought I’d share. Hope that helps."
