When you think street art projects, you think big, loud, obnoxious, tacky, lame, confusing...at least we do...but not anymore. There's an artist by the name of Slinkachu who changed all of that when he created A Tiny Street Art Project: Little Handpainted People, Left In London To Fend For Themselves.
